Maintenance is AWFUL

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Moved in here with the promise of timely and efficient maintenance. Been here a year and still waiting things to be taken care of. No response from mgmt other than "we will put it on our books." Don't move here if you want things tended to in a normal amount of time.
