My family and I have been living at International for over 10 years and I can tell you that the new owners are doing their best to upgrade the property and still keep the rents the lowest on this side of town. Please don't judge this property by a few disgruntled tenants. As with all apartment complexes you have good neighbors and a few bad ones. This complex has a lot of long term residents here and we feel like our complex for the most part is a tight knit group who care and watch out for each other. As for the manager I have never seen her behave as some people discribed her. She has always been very helpful and respectful to myself and my family as well as a lot of my friends here.
