This place is a joke. Me, my boyfriend, and our friend moved here thinking it would be an okay place for our first apartment. We were WAY wrong. The day we moved in, the whole place was DISGUSTING!! Our apartment wasn't cleaned very well at all. I spent the first few hours scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom while the guys unloaded the truck! Very disappointing. She also lied to me and charged me an extra $100 on the pet deposit saying that for a dog it was $100 extra even though on the paper it says PET DEPOSIT. It didn't specify cat, or dog. I can't wait for our lease to be over, it's a nightmare living here. The hallways have a different scent every hour and it smells AWFUL! Sometimes it makes me gag. Our bath tub is so clogged that water will barely go down. I figure there's no point in telling her because it won't get done. Just like they promised to repaint my balcony, give me a new door handle, new thermostat. Also, the laundry facility has maybe two dyers, and two washer.. It's always full! It's seriously a joke. I wish we didn't rush so much. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!

I know they're going to try to screw us on our deposit so I took a picture of every single hole, spot, and stain. EVERYTHING i took a picture of has the date on it too. I won't go down without a fight to get my deposit back!

You know the one and only comment on here is true to the end, I moved in thinking the same exact thing. An alright place to start out at being my first place and all. My move in day sounded very similar;and i was promised things that five months later never came. I literally was on the phone with a lawyer, when i received a letter under my door stating that new management was taking over. I immediately went to meet them to discuss the matters. I must say I have seen a VERY LARGE AND GREATLY NEEDED CHANGE! I have seen this woman work her days and nights picking up after an awful slum landlord, who didn't have the courtesy to even return a phone call. Everything was taken care of immediately, And when i inquired about breaking the lease, She asked me to stay, and give her a chance to make it right here. And she completely lived up to it.Slowly, I believe there will be more changes to come here.Although my first six months were a drag here,In the last two It has completely made up for itself.I feel now that I am in a safe and honest community were the landlord says Hi and takes here time to know people and their needs. Thanks
