This is one of the only place in Peoria that allows pets. My apartment in neat and spacious. It is very quiet here as well. Management and maintainence work great together and get items fixed quickly when broke or I have a concern. They have started to tear out the old balaconies and put up new nice wood balconies. The laundry facilities are not great like most apartment complexes, but there is a laundry facility about a mile up the streeet.
