AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I spent a month living with a leaking ceiling. I watched it collapse while standing in the apartment. They offered $150 as compensation, and all I could work them up to was $300, not even a months rent. And the contractor that they finally brought in opened up MY closets and used MY vaccuum cleaner to clean up the mess HE made. Grounds are not well maintained. Light bulbs are burned out for months at a time. I regret the day I set foot in this place.
