I lived there for about 6 months. In that time my front door broke and would not open, locking me in the apartment. After it was "fixed" it fell off the hinges. We also had problems locking it. One of the dryers said that it had been fixed but it never was... never did dry my clothes. The neighbors were good and management was understanding about late payments. Maintenance just needs to be kept up better. It's also a good location. In a thriving part of Peoria. Garages are also available for a low price per months. Definetly worth it. However they had a weird rule about having to keep the garage door open in the summer and closed in the winter.. due to heating and cooling I think. However, it is my philosophy that I paid for the garage and it is my choice whether or not I leave the garage door open!
