if you read the other articles you should get a pretty good feel for what this place is all about......not much!! yeah they look nice but they aren't built very good. there are cracks starting to come on the walls, you clean a spot of the wall and are taking paint off with it, you can hear everything around you, and most of all the office gals.....totally rude. they act like you don't know what you're talking about and that you'd better hurry up because they have more important things to do........although, it looks to me like they need to work a little harder to keep the people who live here happy. they promise you all this stuff....pool, workout place, etc., but they're too busy adding on new apts but they don't think about keeping what they have happy. no use building more apts when no one wants to live here anyways.
the whole dog thing is a joke. first it's way too expensive ($50) and there is a 25lb. limit, which is fine, but then you see labs running around and we all know there is no lab under 25lbs. get real!
then there is the parking which is horrible. you might be parking infront of another building and having to walk all this way just to get to your place.....hope you don't have groceries!
my lease isn't up yet (unfortunately) but i've heard the horror stories about trying to get out of here without them trying to get all of your deposit money on "maintenance" that you owe.
Some advice........get new office people who know how to talk to you and treat you like a human being or watch these apt. go further down the tubes.
