When I moved in, I was promised a club house and a pool. I actually renewed my lease only because what was going in my life didn't make it possible for me to move. My rent went up, but there are no NEW services, no clubhouse, no pool, no snow removal, so I am not sure what the raise was for. I have to use their internet company, and I have to use either DirectTV(all they had when I moved in) or switch to their cable company which charges a high fee for not all the channels I watch.

I agree.I lived there and the office staff is totally rude and unprofessional.They lie about the amenities.You have to use their cable,direct T.V. and internet service.The cable reception is very poor,no HDTV with the direct T.V.,and the internet is so slow its pethetic.The speeds you get are not even half of what you pay for.Its a ripoff.Forget about snow removal,noone knows whats going on.The windows are crappy.On a breezy day they howell like a hurricane.On a hot day the air-conditioner wont shut off.I'd live in a van down on the river before i live there again.
