Well here we stand two days after the snow fall and I am still stuck. I called the office two times and the last time I talked to the manager she told me and I quote "if you have a -----, complaint, or problem you need to take it to my corporate office." When I asked her for the number she hung up on me. This is not the first time the office manager has been extremely rude to me. That is saying that they call you back. We have had numerous questions for the team and whenever we call nobody answers and they do not return calls. Awful place to live. Noise level is awful. You can hear the people in other apartments talking. If you open windows it creates a wind suction strong enough to knock pictures off of shelves. Thermostat is a nightmare. Stay away.
