My daughter moved into this complex last summer. And I was impressed with the facilities. It is very well maintained and I felt that she would be safe there. I've also spoken with the staff and transacted business over the phone. They were very courteous and professional. The think the rent is in line with the amenities received, newer appliances and a laundry room. I would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Peoria area.
