Big apartment for good value

These apartments are not as bad as the previous reviews have stated. First of all, they are huge and have plenty of storage. The kitchen could be bigger. The windows allow for a great cross breeze through the apartment so you don't have to turn on your A/C as soon. The paint on the walls could be a little better, it tends to come off if you try to clean anything off of them.
Rent here is very resonable especially when you consider how big it is and the fact that you don't have to pay for heat. This feature was very nice this past winter when everyone else was paying high heat bills.
Unfortunatly, the snow removal here is seriously lacking. As stated in previous reviews, they did a terrible job of clearing away the snow after the December snowstorm. Things didn't get better after that either. It seemed like every time it snowed I had to shovel out my car (not something I thought I would do living in an apartment).
Parking can suck especially late at night. The noise isn't too bad and if you ask your neighbors to please stop if they are being extra loud, they will.
The location is good too since it is right of the highway. It's perfect if you work at Cat Mossville (5-10 min commute). Also, you can be at Grand Prairie in 5-10 min.
I highly recommend this complex and I love living here. I couldn't be happier with my choice.
