I completely agree with the review below that states how easy it is to hear the person living above. I can hear their every footstep, and the pounding I hear through the ceiling constantly keeps me awake. I enjoy the layout and storage space this apartment provides, but the noise issue is a big one. I had lived on the second floor of a 3 story complex for two years before moving to Prairie Lakes and not once did I hear the people above me. This noise problem is not a small issue.
