After living here in these apartments, I have a few experiences I want to share.

Pros.:
1.Nice spacious apartments.
2.Generally peaceful surroundings.

Cons.:

1. Very poor quality of internet. As advised by other people here, they have their own internet company and you do not have a choice to go for Comcast or any other provider. I was very frustrated to see, that the internet service i get from their company is painful and no one in the management is doing any effort to improvise on the same.

2. Plans to have swimming pool and health club are on back burners as currently only focus is to construct new apartments etc which will fetch more money.

3. If you have an issue after hours. The maintenance guy after office hours is rude and rough, do not expect anything after office hours.

4. Noisy apartments, even smallest of noises can be heard clearly.
