I lived at this place for over 2 years and finally got tired and moved. Office staff comprises of a mother daughter team and a ex-miltary guy. (Sherri, Angie and Bob). The only time they might be nice is while showing apartments and signing the lease. After that, Forget any decent treatment or response to any requests. They will refer you to their corporate office in Michigan, but don't even try that route. It is a waste of time. These three thrive on being the tough guys and apply rules which at times are ridiculous. They have no concept of customer service, though that is item 41 on their sheet which says "Courteous office staff". What a joke !! They never return calls or may even hang up the phone on you if you get lucky to connect.

You are absolutely right. These folks are terrible. Their internet is worst of the worst. Its a joke. I would not recommend these appt to anyone.
