If you are seriously thinking of moving here...

I have lived here for 5 months. We have a 6 month lease, and thank goodness it's almost up. During my 5mo. stay here this is what I have experienced.
-First of all the price is terrible for what you get. Sure it says you'll get this and that at 725mo. But if you want cable, have a pet, want internet, etc. You end up paying nearly 925mo.!
-Secondly, even if you DO want that internet it is so bad and awful. Honestly, AOL is faster than this. You sit at a constant 500ms ping latency and that is on its good days. Some days you could be at 3k and not even be able to check your emails. The pages just won't load. They won't allow you to get any other net or cable services.
-Maintenance is sub par on some levels. They do keep they're landscape nice and neat to keep would be leasers happy. But otherwise it just doesn't cut it. One of my neighbors had a leaky roof when it would rain, they would have to come ask for help to move they're couch so it wouldn't be ruined. And in the grand place of Peoria, Illinois you would know how it rains here. The roof still leaks by the way after they have called the office twice and to still no avail.
-Staff. Well. Yea. I can understand being in charge of apartments and being busy and having to deal with complaints. But that does not give you the right to be so rude to your leasers. Some of the tenants won't even ask for help with there apartments because they fear the staff.
-Parking can be iffy. If you get home at a decent time parking is alright, you can even grab one right in front of your building if your lucky. Otherwise, have fun parking in the guests section.
-Noise is bad. Walls are thin and cheap. These apartments are right by the an airport and your woken up by the sounds or the planes passing by or even the cars zooming by on the highway.
-Safety is fine. Which is very important. I haven't had any problems as far as safety issues. But when they do routine maintenance, they will walk in your apt without even a knock. That is absurd.
-Overall these apartments are okay for you if you do not care about the internet, noise problems, aren't looking for a place with a pool or fitness center, and don't like to complain much. The best thing I found with this place overall though is the scenery is sub par and the short term leases.
-Thank you for reading my review and happy apartment hunting.

You chose this apartment! Looking at your long list of complaints, you sound like a whiney cry-baby. Sounds like you need to buy a house so you can choose your own internet, park in you driveway, not live by the airport etc.. What kind of an apartment shopper are you to not have at least figured any of this out. If you live by an airport, common sense would tell you that you might hear airplanes. DUH!
