I couldn't imagine a snottier manager than Sandy. When you have the rare chance of running into her, she does not smile or say hello. Maybe that's b/c her mouth is always occupied with candy bars, I'm not sure (seriously, she's always eating). Either way, she's a nasty lady, and for that reason alone, I wouldn't consider living here. The apartments are really nice, but it isn't worth the expense. For what you pay, you'd expect delightful management. You won't be getting that here at Prarie Vista.
