We've lived in these apartments for about a year now and I think they're pretty nice. I love the kitchen. It's huge with lots of cabinet and counter space. The storage in the bathrooms, however, is very limited. We had to buy one of those over the toilet cabinets from bed, bath and beyond just so we would have a place to store our medicine and what not. We live in a bottom level apartment and we frequently hear our neighbors above us--especially when they have the vacuum going. But all and all, these are pretty nice compared to a few other places I've lived.

I've read some other reviews about Sandy and I tend to agree, however she does have her nice moments. Whenever we see her she always says hi and stops and talks to my 1 year old. My problem with her is the way she addresses apartment issues and the tone of voice she uses. She's stop by are apartment a few times to tell us we have stuff on our porch that is against the rules. (I hung a pool towl over the railing to dry and we had a garbage can in the porch corner). Each time she told us to move it because it was against the apartment rules and to read up on our lease agreement for the future. I did check the lease and she was right but it was the way she talked to us about it. She's also made a comments a few times when I've talked to her in passing that border on rude.

The maintenance man is wonderful here. He is super friendly and really prompt. I've called the officeabout light bulbs in the kitchen being burned out and was told to replace them on my own but whenever the maintenance man comes to change the furnance sheet he replaces them for us himself. Really nice guy!
