We have lived at Prairie Vista for 2 yrs and have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are wonderful, staff very helpful, and the Maintenance man is the best. In reference to the complaints about Sandy, you need to be in her shoes for a short period of time and I'm sure your opinion of her would change. As much as we hate to say it there are always going to be idiots every where you go and apartment complexes are no different. We have witnessed are share in the 2 yrs being here. Everything from noisy, disrespectful people, to throwing garbage next to the dumpster instead of in it. Sandy runs several of Central Illinois Properties complexes and houses and is always on the run. We have the upmost respect for Sandy and would DEARLY miss her if she ever left. Just remember she has a job to do and it doen't always entail being nice. Great place to Live!!

"We have witnessed are share in the 2 yrs being here"... Maybe you are also one of those idiots, as it is "our" share, not "are." Not everyone is an idiot that Sandy is disrespectful to. It is rude and ignorant of you to assume such a thing. My husband and I were model tenants-- as noted by previous landlords-- and Sandy was never short of being snotty and unkind. Don't use your opinion to put other's down. Really, there can't be that many idiots living there deserving of her unpleasantness.
