The role of a good property manager is not an easy one. There will always be those who will push the rules and guidelines which are established by management. The proptery manager is the first line of contact in these situations so naturally the person(s) who are confronted with inappropriate behavior direct their anger at the person in the property manager role.

As a resident I have known Sandy as Property Manager for over 2 and one-half years. She has always been friendly, knowldegeable, efficient and professional in course of all our interactions. Having lived in several apartment complexes prior to this, Sandy is clearly the best property manager I have had the pleasure with whom to work.

Part of ensuring that the complex remains a great place to live depends on the willlingness of management to vigilantly confront behavior that does not follow the guidelines. Sandy has alway been willing to do that much to the chagrin of some residents who feel they have the right to do anything they want.
