Good place at a great price

I have lived at Timberbrook for 14 months and I have been very pleased by the proactive behavior of the management. The parking lots are clean and quiet. I know some of the apartments really need new carpet and appliances but mine are both good. Central A/C works great. Excellent location in Peoria.
