Timberbrook is located right in the middle of a very nice cul-de-sac neighborhood where everyone is friendly and courteous. Living in the complex has been wonderful as well, because all of the tenants are friendly and very respectful. The manager is a wonderful lady who puts a lot of time and effort into making sure that you are personally very comfortable in your surroundings and if not she is always available and tries to accomodate you. The maintenance team are 24hrs and come right away when there are any problems in your apartment. Overall, it is just a wonderful place to live.

I know for a fact that this was written by the manager herself, due to a legal incident that was in the works at this time concerning her and another tenant who was very displeased with her managerial "methods". All of which are borderline illegal by Illinois state Realator and the Fair Housing Act.
