I was recently driving around Peoria looking for rentals when I stopped in the parking lot of Timberbrook to write down the number of the rental office. The manager, a hateful elderly lady, approached me and rudely asked me what I was doing there. She gave me a disgusted look and I explained to her what I was doing and apologized for actions that were not unacepptable. Instead of offering assistance, since that is her job as a manger, she simply dismissed me. I have never been treated so rudely and for this reason, Timberbrook has lost a very good prospective tenant.
