The manager is a nosey old woman who refuses to do her job. She is never in office at the hours documented by Edward Rose, she tells everyones personal/financial situations to anyone who will sit there long enough to listen, and to get any documentation and/or receipts for any monetary or contractual transactions is like pulling teeth. If you ask for these things she will immediately become very hostile with you and say she is busy, when that most certainly is not the case. The maintenence men are very disrespectful and hostile with most all the residents, as is she, so nothing can be done about it. Run from this place and from her if you already haven't.
