My husband and I moved into Timberbrook Apartments in 2006, and just moved out in May of 2008--we bought a house. I can honestly say that we sincerely enjoyed our stay there. We had a few kinks, but so does everyone who lives anywhere, and I felt like we had far less than most people do at other complexes. The manager is very kind and understanding, she's helpful when you need her, and the maintenance guys are pretty quick about fixing any problems that come up. Overall I was impressed. Most importantly, however, being a 19 year old girl, I felt safe there. I felt safe getting home by myself late at night, both in the parking lot and in the complex itself. And although it has little to do with the complex itself, the surrounding neighborhood was also very safe, and I often walked my dog around at night. Another good aspect is certainly the price we paid to live there. We looked at around 6 different apartment complexes, all more expensive than Timberbrook, by at least $50, and all a lot more ghetto-ish. One more thing, and I -REALLY- appreciated this, we found hardly any bugs the entire two years we were there, thank God!
