I can't wait to get out of this place. There is not enough parking and I often end up parking at the building next door. The hallways reak of curry and other nasty smelling food, they never clean the hallways so i am embarrassed to have people over. I feel unsafe coming in the door closest to my apartment at night because the bushes are high and there are good places for weirdos to hide. The children who live here are out of control and run screaming up and down the hallways all the time, not to mention my car has been dented by them playing in the parking lot. You can hear your neighbors coming up and down their stairs because they share a wall with you stairs. The residents are unfriendly. Someone hooked up our water heater incorrectly, so when it broke we were without ANY water for two days, and the hole it left in the ceiling took them ten weeks to repair. There are no real fans in the bathroom, just little fixtures that suck in the air and blow it right back out, so there is no ventilation. There is only one good dryer in the laundry room so if that one is taken you pretty much can't do laundry because every other machine takes three hours to dry. This is my third apartment, the most expensive, and the one i have been the least satisfied with.

I agree wholeheartedly. Especially about the strong curry smells -Yuck! Residents open their door to the hallway instead of their balcony boor to vent their cooking smells. The wild children screaming in the hallway is truly annoying - my neighbors will take their screaming children out in the hallway to discipline them. The management is never around. This place is terrible!

sorry you feel that way, maybe if management would be made aware of the situations it would be taken care of. Some people just want to complain instead of addressing the issue. Everybody is entitled to an opinion.
