good old villa

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
They need to invest some money and get some maitenece issues taken care of. Over all the manager seems to be stressed all the time. My questions all ways seem to be placed on the back burner. My apartment is all right on the inside but looking pretty rought from the outside.
