We have lived at the Bor"ghetto" for about a year now. The outside of the buildings look very run down and the inside of some of the apartments are not much better. Management and maintenance are redoing some apartments as they can which I guess is a good thing. It can be difficult to get a maintenance person to do what is needed unless it's an absolute emergency. The management is pretty nice, but does not return phone calls. Neighbors are interesting to say the least. They are trying to make the apartments better, but there is a long way to go! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Thes appts ar nasty, full of drug users and thiefs, tim in building 7 is a crack head and thief, a scum of the earth guy..Building 5 has drug users in a upper appt, a younger family plus a roommate...i believe the names are carrie, chase etc...

I lived in building 7 wow about 2 years ago under the old management it was great and clean then and 7 was the family building as people called it. Then the hicks came along and bought the place ahhh My dishwasher broke never fixed it so it sat growing mold my kitchen sink broke my air condition leaked and grew mold and the freakin matience guy ronnie eww always hit on me and threw rocks at my window and tommy aka joe dirt cant fix ---- and smells bad we broke our lease and paid $6000 to get the hell outta there
