Finishing out our lease. This place is a DUMP in the worst way. When we moved in we had mice in our apt, had to get rid of them ourselves. the window doesn't work, no screen. The tiles on our bath fell off within a month, the air conditioner broke down in a week. The tiles in neighbor's apt have just fallen down and I can hear them fixing it now. The entire place inside and out looks awful and is falling apart. There is a stench from the pipes sometimes, and sometimes the water stops or comes out dirty looking. The maintenance like to smile, but they don't know what the heck they are doing. I could do a better job fixing this place myself. There is also water leakage in the laundry room basement. The hall lights are out half the time. They fix one thing at a time (as it BREAKS), but nothing can help this place. RUN RUN don't rent here!!
