I lived here for a year and it was a terrible experience. Make sure you change the locks yourself. I had my apartment broken into because they didn't change the locks. Also the bugs are terrible. I once had rolley polleys coming from the outside of my carpet(i lived on the bottom floor). Then I had a hole in my wall 3 times from a water pipe busting in the laundry room behind my apartment. I also had to pay a couple hundred dollars to get my phone hooked up because they had painted over the jacks. It is was the worst renting experience of my life.
