My husband and I lived here for 2 years. Mold would form on the window sills, the screen didn't fit correctly. In the summertime we were lucky to keep our apartment at 80 degrees. We went a full day with no toilet because they were constantly working on the water (and they wouldn't let you know when they were turning it off for long periods of time)and it messed up the refilling of the toilet. My neighbors and I had called repeatedly with no response from the manager or maintenance man even though they were sitting down at the office drinking coffee. They rent to a number of college students so we did have to deal with some loud parties and little help from the manager in dealing with them. When we moved out at the end our lease, they charged us $200 dollars to "clean" our apartment. This apartment was not dirty. I spent several hours cleaning it from top to bottom. I am not saying it will happen to you but just be careful and aware of this place.

Well, Duh You Probably Were A Messing Person, And When The Apartment Is Not Dirty But Messed Up, Then You Have To Pay For The Damages, It's A Law.
