Rented a 1BD/1bath for $570 with 12 months lease.
A/C only in the living area/hall. No centralised A/C. Really hurts during summer.
Many of the apartments are not capable of having a satellite dish as the balcony/patio is either north facing or there are trees right in front of the south-facing balcony.
3 washers and 3 dryers for 48 apartments! Its always full
No garbage disposal in the kitchen sink
No fitness center/playground/swimming pool.
No on-site management
Willow Knolls Road is not well lit.

I would not recommend this apartment.
