Unless you like flooding in your building, problems that maintenance comes out to fix but doesn't fix, they just rig it & get pissed when they have to come back in two days, very creaky floors that crack when when people upstairs walk, loud tenants; their music & tv's are easy to hear, continuously barking dogs, a female manager who is very rude & condescending, (the office people are nice but her) bugs, especially spiders, centipedes & earwigs & kids who cut through your building shrieking up & down the stairs because they're too lazy to walk around it.
