Lived there 1 year, only had 1 working eye on the stove. Door would pop open if stairwell doorways would open/close (air pressure). If you filled a glass with tap water, let it evaporate, you could never use that glass again due to the incredible amount of encrusting of lime on the dishes. Partly the really really bad waters fault, partly the hardly functional dishwasher.

The washers always worked, however, 1 dryer didnt work for at least 3 months. (out of the 2), rent was rediculous. 640 a month for the apt because it had a balcony. Considering the average price of the average apt in peoria, it shouldnt have been more then 550 for that apt. Not including the broken stuff.
