Ummmmm.... I can't really say any comments at this time..... people on here really sum it up for the apartment renters and viwers on line. Their are alot of under age drinkers that drink and party and accidents do happen but what in fact if something did really happen at the apartment building residence and they didn'nt live their . Then what would they do something about it or they turn their nose up at it say " its not our problem". I think the Gas light Square would be responsible for all of the problems if indeed something drastic would happen to someone. The fire alarms I think that young teenagers or kids just to have fun like to set off the alarm to maker the fire dept to come over and waste their time coming over for nothing. Their needs to be Security all night because of under age drinkers and party's and really the parents are in for a rude awakening..... Ain't the truth..... I think that that people who don't live thier need to let the renter attendents park in their desinated parking spots. Visitors should park else where. Their ain't much parking space. Hay.... Handicapped people need ramps to get up stairs are they suppose to jump up the stairs with their wheel chairs. Come on people. Their are some handi capped people have a hard enough time getting up and down the stairs and they need special parking spaces for them too. They need to build ramps for the elderly and the handicapped people. I would like to request that alot of the residents are handicapped they asked to have ramps build for them. Yeah, I would agree on rent prices thats a little to high for apt. $520 a month 1 bedroom apt. I think the cost should be $400-$420. What do ya'll think' " Don't expect to get your refund on your deposit when you move out quickly. Think of it as a rebate that you will recieve months in the mail later.... Called numerous times to find out why I have'nt recived it in the mail in 30 days as said in writing . "Management says. they will look in to it.." What 6 times already.... Ha forget about your refund check..... That's a bunch of bs. If I rate this service I give it no stars...... Please think before you move in anywhere.
