The person who said if you like water don't live here, said it perfectly!!!! On those rare occasions you do have water, it's only 37 degrees. I complained about not having hot water and the maintenance turned my water off to my apartment permanently. My ceiling leaks when it rains as well. All over my brand new furniture. Listen to these people who say run so far away while you still can!!!!!!!!
