We have lived at Gaslight Square for a year. We have had some many problems there. First we went days, yes DAYS without water. They offered no alternative place to shower or use the bathroom.
Also the basement apartments in building 4, which is the building that we lived in flooded from the washers. They took over a month or so to start and fix them. Meanwhile everyone who lived in the basement had to move. There was standing water there. Black mold was everywhere!! The health department made a trip out there to inspect it. Now I have heard that there are tearing everything apart!!
Also there is dog crap and broken glass all over the apartment. We called to let the office staff know and they told us they would come right out and clean it.....the NEVER did!!
Also the management changes monthly. And even if you do pay your rent they will still put a notice on your door saying that they never received rent. Their excuse is that there computers and staff are new. SO they constantly lose your rent check. DON'T live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
