My building was not affected by the code violations. Under the former owner before Fannie Mae foreclosed on the mortgage it was horrible on getting anything fixed. After Fannie Mae took it over and had a Management Company oversee it things got alot better. The leak I had in my bathroom was found and fixed and repairs were made in a very reasonable time. Anything that does need repair they are repairing it the same day or the next day. Apartment Manager has been very friendly and very helpful.
