Seven Oaks has a great location. Management has failed to upkeep the facilities and grounds for how much rent residents must pay. Sound insulation is great but heat insulation is very poor. I lived on the third floor the cold drafts of air in the winter were very evident. In the summer the air conditioning ran all the time to try and keep up with the summer heat. Electric water heater is very expensive to run considering one shower could easily use up all the hot water in the tank. Also, I experienced a couple times after coming home from work, noticing something out of place adn then finding out later from neighbors that maintenence men had been in my place without leaving any notices.
