Good and bad at this apartment.
Agree with all the reports of unhelpful rude office staff.
Floor plans were great..I had a 2 bed 1 bath and am really missing all the square footage I had there.
Laundry rooms are TERRIBLE. Tokens cost $1 to run the washer or dryer...but you have to run anything through the dryer 2-3 times to get it dry...you are better off to go to a laundramat.
Maintenance staff is quite rude. I had a large dog and when the wanted to enter the apartment for maintenance purposes I would tell them to please call me and let me know when they are planning on coming because I would not lock my dog in the room, but would be home for them. They NEVER would let me know when they were planning on coming...the one time I came home to find my dog had been put by management in the back bedroom...she was terrified and had gotten sick all over the floor. I don't even want to guess what they might have done to her.
Location was fantastic...and rents only went up slightly the 3 years I lived there.
