Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The location is good, but the maintanence of apartment is bad.Every now and then we need to face major problems like a/c does not work, shower sliding dooors are not in good condition, flush is bad...

Neighbours don't even smile :( The price compared to other apartments are on the higher side.
