I lived on the garden level. The year I was there I had black mold, water leaking up through the floor due to a deteriorated foundation, and a pipe burst which flooded my entire apartment. Maintenance came and "fixed" it but all the water damage left stains throughout my entire apartment. When I moved out they charged me $200 for repairs because the maintenance reports, which were of course never shown to me, said nothing about damage. Do *NOT* live here!
