I'm going on my 4th month of living here. Really its not a bad place to live. Apt is in good shape no major problems worth mentioning. my expiernce with the office is limited but they seem ok. The hot water doenst last that long, if you turn it on halfway (still more than enough water pressure) you can take a 25 minute shower without any problems. (waters free thats a big plus :) ) Utility bills are insanely low compated to what im used too. Pools ok nothing spectacular. Usually pretty well upkept lawn etc, recently grass was pretty tall, but not 2' as one revier said. My building is very quite.
