This place was as mediocre as it gets. We (my new wife and I) happened to live in one of the newer(') buildings that was that run down. She gave up on complaining long ago. Lots of recluse inhabitants smoking pot and whatnot. Then I took a walk. A walk through the other buildings. Jeez I thought our building was crappy. Smoke smell abounded, only interrupted by sreaming lil kids and parties. Whatever, it's an apartment. Like always, they don't care.
