I lived there for a year and was very pleased with the location and friendliness of managment. Apartments werent to bad but I do have to say who ever does the painting please find a new trade beause the sockets were painted,trim,paint on doors and so on. The balcony was nice to have but then the sides started falling off I was going to call maintenance but then I was looking at everyone elses balconies and majority of them were in the same or worse condition as mine, so I just fixed it myself. Sound insulation was alright untill you got to the bathroom. The mirrors in the bathrooms are recessed cabinet with mirror and my neighbors mirros was also. So the only thing insulating the noise between my mirror and the neghibors mirror was a thin 1/16" metal backing from the cabinet. So when she was talking or had people over you could hear them good expecially if you opened the mirror. So I just filled it with towels and that took care of that situation. Another thing I did not like were the locks on the door. I would easily beable to get into my apartment with little force. So there wasnt any sense of security. I didnt have any problems with neghibors so that was a plus. Over all not to bad of a place but could be better for the price of rent.
