I made the mistake of thinking these apartments would be nice. They look nice from the outside, but as soon as you step in, you are instantly transported back to the 60s.

I was a lucky one, I had new carpet when I moved in. I did not, however, have blinds that actually reached the bottom of my living room window nor screens on all the windows (ignoring the fact the other screens were holding on for dear life).

All in all, in my 18 months I had few issues so I was very lucky. I had water leaking from the ceiling through my light fixture because the people upstairs forgot to turn off their shower. I got newer cabinets that don't line up with the walls and have panels falilng off. I got new linoleum flooring after they put a hole in my bathroom floor and forgot to fix it for a month. After a year, I finally got blinds that fit, but they broke within days. I finally got screens for all my windows, but they are all percariously hanging on for dear life. Not to mention someone got stabbed outside my apartment.

Thankfully, I just bought a house so I'll never have to go back.

Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

When did someone get stabbed outside of your apartment? I never heard about this!!!

Some one did not get stabbed on the property they got stabbed in the trailer park behind the property and ran over to seven oaks for help.
