Nice place, good rates - I lived in a studio apartment here in 2005-2006. The apartments are nice and quiet, and the manager was friendly. I had no problems getting my security deposit back. Bed Bugs and maintenance issues I lived here for a year (wanted to break the contract, but could not). And I would not recommend anyone because of following issues:
1. Maintenance issues. They will not fix things properly and issues will come back.
2. Old equipments. AC makes lot of noise.

Nordic Villa I have seen a few of the negative reviews here on Nordic and wanted to provide a contrary opinion. I have lived here for 5 1/2 years. Since the new owners took over a few years ago the property is in incredible shape. They have been responsive to my needs when something needs fixed.
