these apartments are terrible. the owners are crooks who dont pay their contractors. nothing ever gets fixed. roaches and rats are common sights

Interesting review, but I have to say I have seen a remarkable improvement in these apartments. All the buildings have had new siding and windows installed, the parking lots have just been completely resurfaced and many of the apartments are in the process of being updated. This is shaping up to be one of the nicest apartment complexes in the city of Peru
