I have lived at Country Manor for the last year, and have been very happy with my stay there. I was skeptical at first because I had heard the complex was not in good shape - but I have to say, after a year, I'm impressed. I live in a new apartment with hardwood floors, new cabinets, windows and all new fixtures. The pool is also nice, and kept very clean.

Generally speaking my building has been clean, and the management is great - Mary and/or Esther are always available, and maintenance is pretty much available 24/7.

The parking lots were my biggest complaint, which up until recently were a mess. But, they recently resurfaced all parking lots - which was a pain, but the end result is well worth it - all new asphalt and they now have wide spots which are well marked making door dings less likely.
