Below you will see a review which we believe to be written by the local Union Local #393. As you can see from an additional post, many capital improvements were made including new asphalt driveways and concrete sidewalks. Country Manor sought the bid of two union companies in early 2007 for this work and both companies declined to bid the job. Country Manor hired a third party contractor for the work who used union workers, however, this did not satisfy the local union and the result has been picketing for approximately 2 weeks and other forms of "persuasion" to encourge us to cancel our contract with the third party provider. We are proud of our complex and as that you visit us and see for yourself that our apartments are second to none in the area.
