renter beware - bad landlord (slumlord)... nothing gets fixed right or on time. It was ok, but not worth the money I'm sure that this is the best rental property in peru. With that being said there are maybe 3 in Peru. All of which are nothing great. Most rentals are houses here. The whole of the complex is 18 year olds who mom and dad are paying for them to get out of
